These intricate two-layer cut paper hearts, made on the Cricut or other cutting machine, are a beautiful addition to Valentine’s Day gifts and Valentine’s Day decor.
Happy Friday, my friends! I am finally starting to crawl out of the cold-induced stupor I’ve been in since the first of the year. I should have bought stock in cold medicine! I think everyone I know has had this nasty cold, or even worse, the flu. Hope you’re feeling healthy and happy as we’re really starting to roll into the new year!
Today I have two versions of these gorgeous cut paper hearts. One with a hole designed to be used as a gift tag, and one without. You could use the one without in all sorts of places—on Valentine’s Day cards, in Valentine’s Day decor, or even cut it in iron-on vinyl and put it on a t-shirt or tote bag. So cute!
These SVG files are designed in two layers: a intricate front piece and a backing piece. You can use the front piece alone or back it with the second piece, which is perfect for writing a sweet note if you’re using them as gift tags.

I cut my hearts out of Stardream Metallics paper. I love how well it cuts such intricate details!
