Decorate your mantel for Halloween with this delicious candy corn garland! Cut with a Cricut or by hand and stitch quickly together on your sewing machine.
I feel like there’s a theme to my Halloween projects each year. One year it was spider webs, another year it was ghosts. This year I’m all about the candy corn. I had candy corn clip art earlier this month, and candy corn bookmarks are coming next week. I’m just digging this sweet treat. One of my readers suggested mixing salty peanuts with the candy corn and she’s blown my mind. Sweet…salty. Yes yes yes.
To make this cute felt candy corn garland, you have two options. One, you can cut all the pieces on your Cricut or other cutting machine, or you can cut by hand. The Cricut makes this a 15-minute project! Cutting by hand will take you a little longer, but it’s still pretty easy. Both the SVG and PDF are included in the download.
Stop pulling your hair out and start creating confidently with your Cricut! Finally understand how to use your Cricut with my Learn Your Cricut eBooks!

Once you have all of your pieces, just feed them one after the next through your sewing machine, straight down the center of each candy corn kernel. I think I sewed the entire thing in less than five minutes. Super quick! And it’s good that this was a super quick project, since it’s for Craft Lightning! I downloaded the clip art file, but how do I separate each section of candy corn on Canvas? I don’t want my Cricut to cut all three pieces from one color of felt.
