When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up? A teacher, lawyer, firefighter, world explorer, or maybe a circus performer or dragon tamer. Me? I literally wanted to be a florist. I really should take a flower-arranging class as an adult!
When you’re young, the possibilities are endless. I love picturing what my twin boys will be like as adults. It does NOT need to happen anytime soon because I’m kind of really love these imaginative, energetic, hilarious preschoolers. But what does the future hold for them?
With as much time as we spend blasting off into space on rocket ships, pouring random liquids together just to see what will happen (besides just making a mess), and exploring our backyard looking for whatever tiny creatures we can find, I would be surprised if scientist isn’t somewhere in the realm of possibilities for future occupations. My boys still have some time to decide but they just love discovering new things.
What about your little ones? What do you see in their future? Being a parent is so much fun! Shaping, molding, encouraging and supporting your child is just as important as making sure they are fed and healthy. It’s a big job and it’s the BEST job!
