Peeps Easter Earrings

Sport these adorable Peeps Easter Earrings all spring long! Wear them while chomping on their delicious marshmallow counterparts. Yum!

Today’s important question is: are you Team Peeps or not? If I’m being honest, Peeps aren’t my favorite Easter treat (give me Cadbury Creme Eggs all day, every day, thankyouverymuch), but I do love how Peeps have become iconically Easter here in the US. You can’t to go any Easter gathering without a package of Peeps waiting for you. Same for an Easter basket—can you even call it an Easter basket without Peeps? I’m not so sure!

Since I don’t love eating Peeps, I decided to make Easter earrings using the Peeps bunny shape!

I really love working with Cricut’s faux leather, but it doesn’t come in all the colors I’d like it to. So instead, I’m using the same workaround I used for my Shamrock Earrings—paint! I cut these using the beige faux leather and then used pink, yellow, and blue craft paint to make them quintessentially Peeps! I also used a sharpie to draw on the eyes and nose. Three simple dots is all you need!
