  • Cut out your tissue paper circles using the punch.
    Heart-shaped foam wreath form, a scalloped-edge paper punch and pink tissue paper lying on a wooden table
  • Stack about eight punched circles and adhere to the foam wreath using a straight pin.
    A heart-shaped foam wreath form, some straight pins, some tissue paper circles laying on a table and an assembled pile of tissue paper circles pinned to the wreath form
  • Fluff the tissue paper to create a flower.
