While domestic orders typically arrive within 1 week (7 business days), USPS has been experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and severe weather. Please allow up 14-21 days for arrival.

International items may take 3-4 weeks (21-28 business days) or longer depending on the destination.

Please note we are unable to provide refunds simply for shipping delays. If there is a delay with your order please message us after the above timeframe and we will work to find a solution. USPS has documented extreme delays due to the holiday and COVID-19 pandemic and some orders are being impacted.

Please be sure to check your shipping address when ordering. I am unable to replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address if it was entered incorrectly by the buyer at the time of purchase.

However, if you realize after ordering that your address was entered wrong, please message me ASAP before your order is shipped and I will do my best to rectify the issue.

License includes personal and small business commercial use for physical items up to fifty units. After fifty, please repurchase the file. This license includes finished wood signs, layered vinyl for cups, shirts, etc. Does NOT include print on demand items or stickers. Please message me with any questions. File may NOT be altered and resold in any digital manner.

Each file in the bundle can be used for small business use up to 50 units. At that point, I ask that you purchase the file again. It is based on the honor system, so please be kind and truthful. Doing so allows me to continue to dedicate time and resources to bringing you exciting new designs!

With Mac:
If you have saved a .zip file in the Finder, double-click it to open. After opening it, you can view some or all of the contents by highlighting the files and pressing Command+Y.

1. Click the Unzip button.
2. From the drop down menu, choose to unzip your files to this Mac, iCloud Drive, Dropbox or Google Drive.
3. A "Finder style" window will open. You can browse to the folder where you want the files saved.
4. Choose to unzip the Entire Zip file or Selected Items. You may also choose to Show unzipped items in the Finder.
5. Another option is to click the New Folder button. Then type the file name and click Create.

Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from.

Do one of the following:

1. To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.

2. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

For any items shipped via letter mail, tracking may be provided through Etsy and Pitney Bowes and as a result your tracking # will NOT show up on the USPS website. You can check tracking in your order history directly on Etsy or go to tracking.pb.com for updates.

Different sign makers prefer different types of files! When reading my file descriptions, you may see what I refer to as “Puzzle Piece” and “Coloring Book” style files. The Puzzle style is where all the pieces are cut individually and the maker can assemble them as if putting together a puzzle (and they usually include an outline to help with assembly). The Coloring style is for beginners or anyone who isn’t comfortable with lots of pieces - it will have scored lines that you can follow to paint the piece. There are also instances where I’ll combine the two styles for certain files, so you may need to open them to figure out what works best for your needs. Be sure to read the instructions included, and let me know if you have questions!

For my files, I always do red stroke for cut lines, blue stroke for score lines, and purple fill for engrave. I am available if you have any questions about file formatting.

**These files are ready to go and should be fine to just upload right into the Glowforge app, but as always please reach out if you have any questions!!

At this time, all of our SVG files are intended to be used with laser cutters and have not been tested on any other type of machine. I do not recommend using these with other machines, but if you absolutely must - please be sure you understand how to edit SVG files to optimize them for the specific machine you are using.
